Chairman & CEO
Shoaib Khan is a seasoned investment professional with over 17 years of experience in global financial markets and asset management. As CEO of Nosooh Capital, he oversees diversified portfolios and delivers ethical investment solutions aligned with Islamic financial principles. He specializes in equity allocation strategies, macroeconomic research, and Saudi/GCC equity market analysis. He is also the Founder and CEO of NID Capital, a Lahore-based financial advisory and consultancy firm serving individuals, SMEs, and corporations globally. Through NID Capital, he provides investment advisory, financial consultancy, and support for high-growth startups and private equity ventures. Previously, he served as Head of Investments at Derayah Financial in Saudi Arabia, where he established the company’s asset management business across the MENA region. His earlier roles include Director of Investments at Admass International Group and Fund Manager at Ajlan Sons’ Investments. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive expertise in equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments while serving institutional and private clients across the Middle East.
Managing Director
Usman Faiz is an entrepreneur and business operator with over two decades of experience building and managing ventures across commodity trading, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. His work has involved capital-intensive projects, operational scaling, and structuring businesses under complex and resource-constrained environments. He brings a grounded, operator-driven perspective to financial analysis, with a focus on cash flow dynamics, capital allocation, and economic value creation. His experience includes developing and applying financial models to support investment decisions, evaluating project viability, and structuring non-conventional solutions for raising capital. In addition to his operating roles, he engages in strategic and financial advisory, drawing on practical experience to address real-world business challenges. Usman holds a degree in Materials Engineering from GIKI and an Executive MBA from LUMS. His work examines how businesses actually perform beneath reported numbers, with particular attention to how capital is deployed, absorbed, and ultimately returned.
Director Taxation & IT Audits
Masood Pervaiz is a highly experienced audit and risk management professional with over 15 years of expertise in internal audits, forensic investigations, taxation, and IT audits. He is a Chartered Accountant (Pakistan), Certified Internal Auditor (USA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (USA). He has served as the Ex-President of The Institute of Internal Auditors Pakistan and is also a Board Member of ICAP’s Digital Assurance and Accounting Board. Throughout his career, he has led multiple training, consultancy, and restructuring projects for government departments, multinational organizations, and international institutions. His expertise includes risk-based internal auditing, fraud risk management, compliance reviews, and financial process restructuring. He has worked with firms including Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co and Iftikhar Masood & Co as a lead consultant and partner. In addition to consultancy, he has over 15 years of teaching and professional training experience in CA, ACCA, CIA, taxation, and management accounting. He has also conducted capacity-building programs for organizations across Pakistan, UAE, Afghanistan, and other regions.
